Hola!
It’s been a pretty good week. On Monday, a member brought our whole Zone to a nice chicken restaurant and paid for everybody, which was really generous and nice, because the bill must have come to like 500 soles or more!
But we actually had P. Day on Tuesday, so that we could go to the park. It was a way cool park, and we played soccer and fed the llama at the petting zoo. Got some good llama selfies. Afterwards we went to Pizza Raul, for some of the best pizza in Lima. It was pretty tasty. I was laughing, cause on the convee ride there, Elder Sangama and I were sitting in the front seat of the convee, right in front of the radio, and I decided to be the DJ for the convee. I put in my flashdrive and the convee was blasting BYU Choir as we rolled down the highway:) haha usually they play some kind of salsa music or something. On the bus ride home, for my seat, I had to kneel down on the engine box right between the driver and the passenger seat. Slightly uncomfortable if I do say so myself. And I for the second time in my life, I had to PAY to use the restroom!!! Can you believe it!?
But yeah it was a pretty cool week. My Companion is finishing his mission so this is going to be his last week here. We´ll see how it goes! We had a couple of fun work visits this week, and I always like the chance to teach with other Elders to learn some new teaching techniques. We had a good Family Home Evening and watched the Joseph Smith Movie. If you guys haven’t seen the movie, watch it! It’s pretty good. We had a good week teaching William and Isabel, our golden Investigators. We are going to teach them even more this week, but they accepted the invitation to be baptized, so we are pretty excited about that.
I know that this is the work of the Lord, and I am so excited and grateful for the opportunity I have on a daily basis to bear testimony of a message that truly changes lives. Have a great week everybody, love ya all so much.
Con Amor,
Elder Reschke

P.S. I hope you like my turtle selfie!
P.S.S. We were in the Zone Leader's room the other day, and the door was open so this little kitten comes strollin' in. And they're like "HEY GET OUT OF HERE" and they ran over and snatched it up. We don't really know where he belongs, he just kinda roams around the house.
